ORDINANCE iQO. 577
AN ORDIIQANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORPSIA
AMENDING SECTION 6.04 OF ORDIPTANCE N0. 5'70 OF
THE CITY OF LYATi~J00D.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
folloors:
Section 1: Section 6.04 of Ordinance No. 570 _of_the City
of Lynwood is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 6.04: Rear Yard. There shall be a. rear yard.
subject to one of the following limitations:
1. There shall be a rear yard of rot less than ten (10)
Peet, open and unobstructed, with no part of said required rear yard
to be provided by a driveway, street, or alley, or
2. An area equal to ten times the width of the lot, open
and unobstructed, with no part of said required rear ,yard to be pro-
vided by a driveway, street, or alley."
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed and circulated. in the Gity of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 5th day of August, 1952, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held. on the
19th day of August 1952, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Daetweiler, Pearson, Sneddon,
and Willard.
' NOES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Bruner.
