RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ETHICS CONTRACTING,
LLC'S, RELEASE OF CLAIMS
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, Ethics Contracting, LLC, has completed the Bicentennial Park Emergency Access Route project
and has submitted a Release of Claims; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services does not anticipate any claims from Ethics Contracting, LLC, and
recommends that the release of claims be accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
Section 1: The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Release of Claims.
