RESOLUTION 20-96
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPLETION OF THE SALE OF PROPERTY AT
150 EAST CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council properly authorized the sale of
the Old City Hall building located at 150 East Center Street
pursuant to a motion before the Council on May 28, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the council authorized a sale to DMA International
for a price of $164,000 with the buyer paying all closing costs;
and
WHEREAS, a contract for sale of the property was entered into
between the City and DMA International on May 30, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the
City of Moab that the contract has been performed and the
conveyance of title to 150 East Center Street by deed is hereby
authorized this a-if4, day of August, 1996, nunc pro tunc August
12, 1996.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in open council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of the Moab City Council, as set forth herein.
