A SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS
911 NORTH “E” STREET, RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, THE Zoning Map designates and describes the property at 911 North “E” Street as a M-1 District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Special Use District to allow the use of the property for a restaurant.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property commonly known as 911 North “E” Street, Richmond, Indiana
and more particularly described below is hereby changed to a Special Use District to allow the use of the property for a restaurant.
LOTS 317, 319 – 327 ES
Passed and adopted this 6TH day of January, 2003, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
