A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 75 -1450 AND ADOPTING REGULATIONS FOR
PROCESSING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 75 -1450 which established regulations
for processing environmental impact reports is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That those certain documents, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" are hereby adopted as the City's Regulations for Processing
Environmental Impact Reports.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
,Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1982.
