A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE WRITE-OFF OF
DELINQUENT WATER ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has made every attempt
to collect on all delinquent water accounts, and
WBHREAS, there remain, on the City's books, many
accounts that are uncollectible, and
WHERHAS, the City Council wishes to clew the books
of these uncollectible accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BH IT RHSOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the list of accounts attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" be deemed uncollectible, and
Section 2 That City staff is authocixed to
write-off the total dollar amount shown on Exhibit "A^ (58,126.92)
to Water Fund Balance.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take
effect immediately upon it's adoption.
