A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER ,
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, AND /OR
ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST II TO SERVE AS AGENTS FOR THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD IN APPLYING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS INCURRED DURING THE
WINTER STORM.

Whereas, on January 4, 1995, a major winter storm struck the
Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura County areas. The City of Lynwood
was in the path of this winter storm and consequently, heavy rains
produced flooding in various areas of the City, and
Whereas, some City facilities and projects reported damages,
and
Whereas, the President of the United States declared State of
Emergency on January 10, 1995; and
Whereas, the City is required to complete and submit (OES)
form titled, "Designation of Applicant's Agent Resolution ".
Now, Therefore, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Faustin Gonzales, City Manager, Alfretta F.
Earnest, Director of Finance, John Oskoui, Director of Facilities
Maintenance and /or Rolando Cua, Administrative Analyst II are
authorized to serve as Agents for the City of Lynwood in applying
for Federal /State financial assistance.
Section 2. That this resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
