A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE ATLANTIC
AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, PHASE III
PROJECT NO. 5 -5147, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on May 17,.1994, the City Council awarded a
contract of $891,878.00 to Sully Miller Contracting Company for
the Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Project, Phase III; and
WHEREAS, the project started on July 12, 1994 and was
completed on December 11, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$882,716.73; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Project, Phase III, Project
No. 5 -5147, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21 day of
February 1995.
