A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT OFFER FOR
STREET DEDICATION OF PORTIONS OF LOT 363,
OF TRACT NO. 2551, IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 24, PAGES 78 -80,
OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
t OF SAID COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the development at 11400 California Avenue, in
the City of Lynwood, was required to dedicate a ten (10) foot
wide strip on California Avenue and a corner cut -off at the
southeast corner of California Avenue and Mulford Avenue to the
City for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that said easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, said street dedication has been analyzed and
approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication
of said easement for street purposes from EXALTED WORD TABERNACLE
OF PRAISE, as described below:
Those portions of lot 363 of Tract No. 2551 in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California as per map
recorded in book 24 pages 78 -80 of maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
The westerly 10.00 feet of the southerly 45.00 feet of
Lot 363.
The westerly 10.00 feet of the northerly 65.00 feet of
the southerly 110.00 feet of Lot 363.
The westerly 10.00 feet of the northerly 70.00 feet of
Lot 363; and the northwest half of the easterly 10.00
feet of the westerly 20.00 feet of the northerly 10.00
feet of Lot 363.

Section 2 . This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
