A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY DECLARING THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB IS SURPLUS.
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property
listed below; and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab declares that
at the present time, it has no use whatsoever for said property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB
CITY that:
1. The following described property is hereby declared as
surplus: 1990 Taurus, VIN IFACP5045LA182842.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
