A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING WATER RATE ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE WATER FUND
WHEREAS, water rates were last adjusted in fiscal year 1987 -88; and
WHEREAS, staff has conducted several public hearings to educate the
public pertaining to how the Lynwood Water Company produces, tests, treats,
and delivers water to its customers; and
WHEREAS, staff noted suggestions from the public regarding the water
rate adjustments and incorporated some of these into the water rate proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City. Council of the City of Lynwood does find,
order, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1 The Lynwood City Council approves the following multi -year
plan whose schedule and amounts are outlined below.

Section 3. This resolution takes effect immediately upon its adoption.
