The motion passed unanimously. New Business A. Historic Preservation Plan – Heritage Strategies, LLC Ms. Elizabeth Watson, consultant, with Heritage Strategies discussed what is to be expected and outlined the process in developing the historic preservation plan. She focused her discussion on preservation principles and approach. Dates to Remember A. Next Meeting Date, August 13, 2019 Adjournment Ms. Jones moved and Mr. Hoffman seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
