TIME IS THE ESSENCE OF THIS CONTRACT
The Contractor hereby offers to provide all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus and
other means for construction, and do all the work, and furnish all the material called for
by said specifications in the manner and time herein prescribed and according to the
requirements of the Commissioner, including all incidental work, and to complete the
work on or before: From Notice to Proceed. Basis of pavment will be at the unit trice of
the tree or hourlv rate as stated below.
Calculation is as follows: Quantity x per hour=Total Unit Price Dollars and Cents
