A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE EUCLID
AVENUE AND OAK STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 5 -5166, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on March 21, 1995, the City Council awarded a
contract of $128,126.00 to JH Rental, Inc. for the Euclid Avenue
and Oak Street Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 17, 1995, and was
completed on June 2, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$126,575.89;and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Euclid Avenue and Oak Street Improvement Project, Project No.
5 -5166, as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
June , 1995.
