Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair Priscilla Arens - Clerk All members present. ' The minutes of the regular meeting of August 5, 1969 read. Moved by Rayburn Anderson to approve the minutes as read. m. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 18, 1969 read. Bill Torodore of the Outdoor Theater asked for a uniformed policeman at the door of the theater for September 3rd and following evenings to check out underage people. Ndvised no Medina policeman would take over the duty, but he could get any qualified policeman from any surrounding communities. The letter from the United Fire and Casulaty Company with regard to the fence on the Larry and Sharon Grabill road, asking to reimburse them for the damages to the fence. Mr. Rayburn Anderson and Mr. Leo Leuer are to measure and check out the matter. The letter from Julius Dorweiler with regard to waiver of hook-up was read and is to be taken up after the special assessment. tea.rr ��va Moved by Rayburn Anderson to set the date of September llth, 1969 at 7 P. M. for the special budget meeting. Seconded by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried. Mr. Bruce Thomson of Pemton appeared and explained the outlay and set-up for a trailer park on the Holasek property. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to set the date of September 29th, 1969 air7:30 P.M. for the special assessment for the Rolling Green Country Club road. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson. Motion carried. William Mills explained the special assessment sheets. Everyone now has use of sewer and water. Moved by Arthur Theis to adopt the ordinance amending "1965 Code of Ordinances of the Village of Medina" in regard to penalties. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Letter from the County Auditor with regard to increase of cost of police radio to $125.00 and fire radio to $75.00 per unit. Letter from W. F. Doerr with regard to ditch which needs cleaning. Bob Mann to tell Barbarossa. Leo Leuer reported on the roads. Walter gohnen asked about re -zoning five acres. He will cheok-out all the facts and appear before the Planning Commission. Moved by Rayburn Anderson to pay the bills as follows: payroll in the amount of $3,115.95 and order checks in the smount of $30,504.22. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Roger Wutschke appeared and asked to purchase a file cabinet for the police department. Moved by Arthur Thdis to adjourn. Seconded by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:50 P.
