RESOLUTION NO. 95 -105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE LYNWOOD FEE SCHEDULE
ESTABLISH BUSINESS LICENSE TAXES FOR PERSONS
ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF ERECTING OR
MAINTAINING ADVERTISING STRUCTURES FOR OFF -
PREMISES ADVERTISING PURPOSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Account No. 1- 30104, entitled "Business
Licenses," as set forth in the City of Lynwood Fee Schedule, is
amended as follows:
"(i) By redesignating paragraphs A, B, C and D of
Section 1, entitled "Advertising," as paragraphs B, C, D,
and E, respectively.
"(ii) By adding to Section 1 a new paragraph A to
read as follows:
"A) ADVERTISING STRUCTURES FOR OFF - PREMISES
ADVERTISING DISPLAYS
FLAT ANNUAL TAX $ 500.00
ANNUAL FEE PER SIGN FACE $ 500.00
Section 2 . This resolution is effective upon the
effective date of Ordinance No. 1413.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1995.
