A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE STORM DRAIN
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (LONG BEACH BLVD BETWEEN
LOUISE STREET AND JOSEPHINE STREET),
PROJECT NO. 5 -5162, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1995, the City Council awarded a
contract of $ 88,915.00 to Doty Brothers Equipment Co. for the
Storm Drain Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on July 10, 1995, and was
completed on July 21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$88,915.00 ;and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Storm Drain Improvements Project, Project No. 5 -5162, as being
complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of
August , 1995.
