A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE ANNUAL OPERATING AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1995 -96
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted the Proposed
Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year
1995 -96; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Proposed
Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held several budget workshops
to discuss the Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Budget; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the Proposed Budget was made available
for Public review in the City Clerk's Office
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, order , and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Annual Operating and Capital Improvement
Budget for the Fiscal Year 1995 -96 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The City Manager, or his designee is hereby
authorized to approve any transfer between accounts, provided that:
1. They are within the same general group of accounts.
2. They are being transferred to cover expenses of temporary
personnel due to vacant positions;
3. They are within the same fund;
4. They do not exceed $10,000.00 per transfer.
Section 3. That all incomplete Capital Improvement Project
balances with available funding sources be carried over from F.Y.
1994 -95, to allow the completion of work on projects to continue in
an uninterrupted manner.
Section 4. This resolution shall go into effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1st DAY OF August ,
1995.
