A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE SPECIAL
CHILD CARE GRANT PROGRAM GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1995, the City Council approved an
allocation for the Special Child Care Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, a program plan was prepared to provide funds
to subsidize cost of learning materials; and
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1995, during a special meeting
held by the CDBGAB Commission, the child care grant guidelines
and application was reviewed and approved by the CDBGAB
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the CDBGAB will review all grant requests; and

WHEREAS, all grant requests will be subject to approval
by the Community Development Block Grant Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, order, and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood
hereby approves the Child Care Grant Program and Guidelines; and
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day
