Meeting began at 2:00pm.
February 19,2016 minutes were approved.

Chairperson's Report: I
Phase 1: Claire connected with Mark at the Golf Course and they are moving ahead on the door/accessibility
project,
$3,769.Pavilion Door automatic openers
$ 350. Upgrade to white headers
3 48.Restroom doors (2) automatic openers
$7,867. Total
$10,000 was appropriated at last fall's town meeting. They will hold the extra funds for extra handy work
around these projects, The handicap railing was rusted and has been repainted.
Denise will ask Mark if the Pavilion doors will be operable for the Community Presentation an Wednesday,
April 27th.

Phase 2: Denise will find out when the fall warrant deadline will be. The 2nd part of this project will be to.
install the automatic doors from the outside into the galley grill,from the galley grill into the hallway to the 1
restrooms and possibly the Pro shop.
Coastal Advisory
Claire reported that we are losing our beaches and parking lots and this is limiting our accessibility. We
would like to see the portable viewing deck and walkway mat to be install for this summer season. Jim will

email Claire with the latest copy of the warrant,as a figure of$20,000 is in the March 41h copy and without a
description.
The Coastal Advisory Group is having an Open Forum on April 141h from 6-8pm. They hope to have it at the
Town Hall so it can be televised. Channel 18 is a great tool for those who can not get out,but allows them to j
stay informed with the town's news.
Meeting adjourned at 2:34 pm.
