October 21, 2016 minutes were approved with 1 correction. 3 Chairperson's Report: Claire responded to the pastor at the Trinity Lutheran Church and referred him to the State Office of Disability for requirements of renovation. Claire researched a Braille Trail in Watertown, MA which is connected to the Perkins - School. There is also another community that developed a trail as an Eagle Scout project. Claire's thoughts is that we might be able to develop a braille trail behind the Eddy School with Conservation Trust. There would be a vernal pool around the path and it could be used by everyone. Parking for the general public is needed. Maybe this could be a school project, which would allow CPC funds to develop. Motion was made to contact Hal Minis to explore the possibilities and cost with proposed nature trail to make it accessible for all. All committee member were in favor. Judy mentioned that Phase 11 was not in the Town's fall warrant. Claire will connect with Donna at Selectman's Office, as she told Claire that it was in the warrant. Claire will also ask to place it in the spring warrant.
