MINUTES OF MEETING
Thursday, March 27, 2014 7:00 PM
Town Hall, 18 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA
Members Present: Henry Kunicki, Ron Clark, Eric Sonnett, Ken Weismantel, Jeff Doherty, Al
Rogers
Members Absent: Bob Ionta, Andre Griben
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Kunicki called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
MINUTES: MOTION by Mr. Sonnett to approve the February 20, 2014 meeting minutes as
amended, SECONDED by Mr. Doherty. VOTE to Approve: Unanimous.
CITIZEN COMMENTS: There were no comments from the public.
COMMMITTEE MEMBER UPDATES: Mr. Weismantel provided an update on the appraisal
of the NSTAR property. It was noted that the appraisal says the top value is as a single family
home, valued less than the NSTAR offer of $400,000. Mr. Rogers arrived at this time. Mr.
Weismantel stated he went back to NSTAR and they need to review and will get back to the
Committee. MOTION by Mr. Weismantel to pull the item from the annual town meeting
warrant article. SECONDED by Mr. Doherty. VOTE: Unanimous.
NEW BUSINESS: None
NEXT MEETINGS: Meeting dates were set for May 5 and May 6 at 6:30 PM in the Middle
School cafeteria.
ADJOURN: MOTION by Mr. Clark to adjourn SECONDED by Mr. Doherty. VOTE:
Unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
