Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 16-04 �
On March 16, 2015, at 4:15 p.m., the Assembly of Delegates will bold a public hearing on
Proposed County Ordinance 16-04: To amend Barnstable County Ordinance 06-16 to revise the
timeline of the Assembly of Delegates vote of the County Commissioners' proposed fiscal year

budgets.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A,Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, c-mailed to the office
(aofd@barnstablecounty.org), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable,MA 42630.
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 16-04 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA., and on line at
