IMPROVEMENT "BUILDING" FUND TO PURC4ASE lJJ CARS FOR THE POf 1C
DEPARTMENT AND 1 CAR FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITd OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have develo ped since
the adoption of the existiing annual budget so that it is novq
necessary to appropriate pore money for the various function
of the City Goverment than was appropriated in the annual
budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Ccraicn Cruncil of the City
of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1, That for the expenses of the City Goverment and its
institutions for the year ending Decerdber 31, 1972, the following.
amount of coney is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
fund named and for the purpose specified, Said sum being subject
to atl lags governing the same. Such account appropriated shall
be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during
the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period, there is hereby
appropriated from the Cumulative Cap!W Improvement 'Building"
Fund the following specified amount to meet the extraordinary
emergency hereby declared to exist:

These funds are to be appropriated for the following project:
14 police cars - 1 fire car for the City of Richmond, Indiana
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect frcrn
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is SUbject to
the laws of the State of Indiana, governing emergency appropriations.,
