WHEREAS, it is now necessary to alter said plans of Ordinance No 2440-1969 which have theretofore been submitted and approved pursuant to said Ordinance No. 2440-1969� WHEREAS, it is -found necessary to alter that part of the afore- mentioned plan designated t<, be developed as a fifty bed nursing hone, and change said plan for the developneng of a Burger Chef Family Restaurant and the area of this proposed alterVion is contained within the entire tract described in Ordinance No. 2440-1969. and more specifically described as.follows, to -wait.
