WHEREAS, Article 45,00 of the Ordinance N o,,, 2325-1968 cosionly
known as zhe Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
which is a part of the conditions outlined In Section 2 of the
Or-dinance No, 2440-1969 provides that the plan for the develop-
ment of said property be approved as apart of the ordinance
thereof.
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to alter said plans of Ordinance No
2440-1969 which have theretofore been submitted and approved
pursuant to said Ordinance No. 2440-1969�
WHEREAS, it is -found necessary to alter that part of the afore-
mentioned plan designated t<, be developed as a fifty bed nursing
hone, and change said plan for the developneng of a Burger Chef
Family Restaurant and the area of this proposed alterVion is
contained within the entire tract described in Ordinance No.
2440-1969. and more specifically described as.follows, to -wait.
"Being a part of the .�ou�heaat Quarter of Section Twenty (20),
Township Fourteen 0 4)_N6rth, Range One.()) west, in the City of
Richmond, Indiana, more; particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the Southeast Quarter of
Section Twenty (20), said point being four hundred twenty-six
(426) feet south of the northeast corner of said Southeast Qua ter•
and running thence, from said beginning point, south, along said
east line, one hundred ninety-eight and seventeen hundredths (198.1 )-
feet, thence south eighty nine (89) degrees and forty-nine (49)
minutes west, assuming the east line of said Southeast Quarter to
run north and south, a distance of two hundred ninety (2901, feet
to an iron pipe, thence north, parallel to the east line of said
Southeast Quarter, one hundred ninety-nine and ten hundredths
0 99AO) feet to an iron pipe; thence east, two hundred ninety (290f
feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of one and three
hundred twenty-two.thousandths 01 322) acres,
ALSO: An easement of fifty (50) feet in equal width lying imed-

Ingress and egress to said tract.
SUBJECT TO: the right-of-way of all legal highways, and any ease-

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAENED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 2440-1969 be amended and the
above mentioned plan which is a part of Section 2 of said Ordinance
be altered from fifty (50) bed nursing home development of that po•4-
tion of the plan which is designated fifty (501 bed nursing hoake
development to Burger Chen" Family Restaurant,
This Ordinance shall be in Ball force and effect from and after i,
passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law required.
