Board of Assessors Meeting
January 5,2016
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m.
New Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the December 15, 2015 meeting.
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2016 Real Estate
Abatement applications.. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter
Executive Session at 5: 40. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes, Salomone-yes,
The Board exited Executive Session at 6:30.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.
