New Exhibit of Mixed Media Art by Steuart Weller Elementary
School Students Hall on Display at Leesburg Town Hall
Leesburg, VA (March 4, 2015) – The Leesburg
Commission on Public Art is pleased to announce a
new art exhibit on the second floor in the Leesburg
Town Hall at 25 West Market Street. The Town of
Leesburg 2nd Floor Exhibit Hall features rotating
displays by Loudoun County Public School students.
The new exhibit features art work by 1st through 6th
grade students of Steuart Weller Elementary School,
including drawings and mixed media designs that
explore the elements of value and pattern. The
exhibit will be on display through May 2015.
An opening reception for the exhibit is planned for
Friday, March 6, 2015, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, as
part of the monthly First Friday celebration of the
arts.
