Board of Assessors Meeting
December 1, 2016
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor

Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

New Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the November 21, 2016 meeting. I
Ms. Salomone moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2017 Real
Estate and Personal Property Abatement applications.. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call
vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 5:42. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 6:53.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:53 p.m. Ms. Eyestone seconded, and it
passed 3-0, i
