Members Present: Belinda Eyestone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:41 p.m.
New Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the December 1, 2016 meeting.
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2017 Real Estate
Abatement applications.. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter
Executive Session at 5:44. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 6:50.
Ms. Eyestone moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 p.m. Mr. Hayes seconded, and it passed
2-0.

Board of Assessors Meeting
December 14. 2016
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 5:44 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes and Eyestone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate and Personal Property
Abatement Applications.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached
hereto as Addendum 1.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate
Abatement Application shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2.
Ms. Eyestone moved to adjourn Executive Session. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was
unanimous to adjourn. Eyestone-yes, Hayes-yes
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:50.
