DATE: January 3, 2023 TIME: 5:30 p.m.
NOTE: A special meeting of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance
with open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME
1.1 CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 5:39 p.m. by Mayor Heddlesten.
1.2 ROLL CALL - Council Members present: Adams, DCamp, Halsey, Littrel. Absent: Jurgena. Also
present: Clerk Krell and other residents and visitors.
Hinson joined the meeting at 5:47 p.m.
1.3 AGENDA APPROVAL - Motion by Adams, seconded by Littrel, to approve the agenda. All ayes. MC
1.4 CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL - Motion by Adams, seconded by Littrel, to approve the consent
agenda. All ayes. MC
2. DISCUSSION AGENDA
Council discussed a path forward with the status of the forensic audit conducted in 2022.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn by Littrel, seconded by DCamp. All ayes. MC. The meeting of the City Council was
formally adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
