as required by the open meeting law, we are informing you that the town may video and audio tape as
well as broadcast this public meeting.
In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audiotape this meeting they are required to inform the
chair.

3 N Update town INET with Kathy Lambert and needs assessment
4 —update with James Paul Ludwig (8TV coordinator)
5 —Topics the chair did not reasonably anticipate
6—Discuss possible future agenda items.
7—Future meetings.

This meeting will be held in a wheelchair accessible room.
