AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITH. IN THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION'S EUDGET THE SUM OF ONC

14HEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have 11oveloped since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that is is now n.cessary to appropriate more money for
various functions of the City Government than was appropriated to the annual budg-A .

IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Cnmsion Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
such unnecessary existing appropriation be now reduced in amount as follows:

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
