AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER 13THIN THE CITY ENGINEER"; BUDGET THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($600.00) FROM H-7 (1-12-121) SU?4.1ER HELP HOURLY "SERVICES PERSONAL" TO
H-25 (7-72-726) OTHER EQUIPMENT "PROPERTIES".
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emorgoncies have developed since the adoption of
the existinn ,n;,nual bur,gat so that it is now necessary to appropriate Bore money
for various functions of the City government than was appropriated to the annual
budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Conrmn Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for 01a year
ending December 31, 1972, the following amount of money is herel:y a mrcr,riated and
set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum beinn
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amount appropriated snail he held to
include all expenditures to be mane :luring the year unless ex,rtssly stipulated by
law.
SECT104 2. That for the fiscal Period there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency that exists:

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existim appropriations now
have unobligeted balances which will not be users for purpose which appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that such unnecessary existing appropriation be now reduced in amount as follows:

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION L. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Idayor and is subject to the lards of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
