AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE TiOLICE DEPARTN[mrs SUDGET Thr, SUN OF SEVEN
HUNDRED THIRTY-l"40 DOLLARS ($732.010) FROM L-34 RADIOS (7-72-727) ;'PROPERTIES" TO
L-13 OMNIBUS CRI4',?1_ C0117ROL (2-25-2Fl,) "SERVICES C01flRACTUAL".
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for
various functions of the City Government than was appropriated to the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED F,., the Corrrn Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that for the expenses of the City Government and it, insttations for the year
ending December 31, '1972, the following amount of rraney is hereby appronriate:1 and
sct apart out of the fund named and for the purpose spni.ified. Said sum being
subject to all laws governing the sane. Such amount appropriated shall be held to
include all expenditures to be made during the year unless expressly stipulated by
law.
SECTI09 2. That for the fiscal period there is hereby appropriated the following
amount specified to meet the extraordinary emergency that exists:

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be used for purpose which appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINS:: by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
such unnecessary existing appropriation be now reduced in amount as follows:

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
