AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE CITY ATTORMEY'S GUDUti THE SUN COF ONT- THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($1,117.00) FROM I-?. (1-11-112) SALARY STEriG`GRAPHrR
"SERVICES PERSONAL" TO I-7 (3-36-362) STATIONERY AND PRINTING "SUPPLIES" (550.r-CO;
I-8 (5-55) SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DUES "CURRENT CHARGvS" ($500.C!0); AND TO I-9 (7-12.-725)
OFFICE EQUIPMENT "PROPERTIES" ($567.00).
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of
the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to anpropriate more money
for various functions of the City goverrvaerlt t,lan o-ras appropriated to the annual
budget,
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Crssneil of the: City of Richmond, indiana,
that for the expenses of the City Government and its instibtionw for the year
ending December 31, 1972, the followinq amount of money is hereby appropriated and
set apart out of the fund named and fo: tht� ; urrose specified. Saic! Stp.i heing
subject to all laces governing the same. Such amount rinnropriated Shall be held to
include all expenditures to be made during the year unless expressl,q , nulated by
law.
SECTIOPI 2. That for the fiscal period there is hereby appropriated the Following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency that exists:

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
have unobligated balances which will not be used for purpose which appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE CRDAItIED by 0c Con.ion Council of the City of Richrron,f, Indiana,
that such unnecessary existing appropriation be now reduced in amount as follows:

SECTIOtI 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
