AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3;000.00) FROM THE CUMULATIVE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO nE USED FOR TRANSPORTATTOM EQUIPP'ENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies `,ree developed since i;ha ador,tionn, of the
existing anneal budget sn that it is now necessary to approoriats: more n1oricy for
Lhe various functions of the City Rovernment than was appropriated in the annual
budget:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT [l.RDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for
the year ending December 31, 1972, the following amount of money is hcireby appropriated
