A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DECLARING CERTAIN
PREMISES TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND
ORDERING ABATEMENT THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City
has, by Resolution No. 82- 1004PC, determined that a public nuisance
as defined in the Municipal Code, exists on certain premises and
recommends abatement thereof; and
WHEREAS, no appeal has been taken from said determination
with respect to the time in which to abate the nuisance.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. That a public nuisance, as defined in the Municipal
Code of the City of Temple City exists on the premises designated
as 9021 Emperor Avenue, City of Temple City, California, and more
particularly described as Tentative Tract 41245; a portion of Lot 60,
Sunny Slope Vineyard Subdivision #2 and a portion of Lot 59, Sunny
Slope Vineyard Subdivision # #1, in the following particulars:
Removal of debris and fencing in of perimeter of property,
and securing all buildings in accordance with Los Angeles
County Building Department standards until such time as
development commences.
SECTION 2. The property owner is ordered to abate the nuisance
by removing the debris, securing all buildings as required by the
County Building Department, and fencing in of perimeter, of property.
within 30 days.
SECTION 3. If said abatement is not accomplished by the ex-
piration of 30 days, the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed'te cause said public nuisance to be abated by City ferQas
or private contract pursuant to the Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a
copy of this Resolution to be served on the owners of the said
premises pursuant to the Municipal Code.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
