REGULAR MEETING. December 4th.1923,
A Regular 14eeting . of the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Ault was called to order

Upon roll call the following Trustees were found present
mr Chas Frye discussed the payment of poll tax with the
Board.
Minutes of the preceading meeting read and approved.
The tax levey for the coming year was discussed by the
Board.
Dr. Anderson presented the following resolution which was
seconded by Mr Burman.. BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Bo add
of Trustees of the Tom of Ault, that there be and is hereby
levied for.
General purposes
Interest. 4.
Payment of Bonds. 5.5
Special Improvements, 3.5
Total.
16.5
Upon vote had all present
t h e Mayor at 8:00 P.M.
3.5 mills.

be allowed as read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for
the same. All present voted Aye.
Mr Newell was instructed to 'see what could be done in regard
to obtaining a house for the fire equiptment.
'Dr. Anderson roved seconded by Mr Burman, That John H. Cherry
be appointed Police Magistrate, Tlpon vote had all present
voted Aye.
