Meeting called to order at 3_
Attendance;Joan Vachon, Tom Rogers, Norma Modzelewski and Joan Carstanjen.
Meeting notes for June 23, 2016 approved.
Norma Modzelewski gave a brief over view of how all BCC meetings will be conducted with all
comments and questions to go through the chair.
Norma also gave a brief up date on the Beth Finch Red Top Rd land/burial plot deal was
progressing. It is still in the hands of the lawyers.
Cam Vendetti Eagle Scout award ceremony on August 6 2016 will be attended by Tom Rogers.
Tom will give Can a certificate of thanks from the BCC.
Norma asked that everyone take care when cleaning old stones such as the ones in First
Parish/Breakwater.
Sept. will be the month to work in Dillingham as the weather will be cooler. BCC hopes to paint
the rails around the large plot.
It is noted that section "C" at Brewster Memorial Cemetery is laid out for burials but needs work.
We would like to use the left over money from section "A"to complete this project. Will ask
Patrick Ellis if this is possible.
Joan Carstanjen has a plan for landscaping at Brewster Memorial but would like to have money
available to also up date Pine Groves appearance.
Concerened citizen as when Pine Grove would be cleaned up. Norma explained that Pine
Grove is cleaned up seasonally and that the DPW handles that.
Item not anticipated was a question by Tom why a change made it January 2016 has not been
added to the BMC rules. Checking on this.
