NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5. It is hereby ordained that the. --ninn cl ass- -fica.tion of the above described
property be, and the same is hereby charmed to C-11 Neighborhood ijuslness District, and
that said property be regulated in accordance with the 'Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, and all amendments thereto.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its pessage
and publication as by law required.
SECTION 7. The original zoning classification of the aforementioned areas; is hereby
rescinded and the zoning classification of this area will be in accordance with Section
2 of this Ordinance.
