AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 41, ARTICLE VII, SECTION 41.39, ONE-WAY
STREETS AND ALLEYS, SCHEDULE I.
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety, on the recommendation of
the Traffic Division of the Richmond Police Department and after con-
siderable study, approved the changing of loth Street between South "E"
Street and North "E" Street, from one-way, southbound, to two-way, ex-
cept that part of loth Street between South "C" Street and South "E"
Street;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Rich-
mond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 41, Article VII, Section 41.39 One -Way Streets
and Alleys, Schedule I, of the Municipal Code of Richmond, Indiana be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
One -Way Streets
1. South 3rd Street from Main Street to South "A" Street, southbound.
2. South 18th Street from Main Street to South "A" Street, northbound.
3. South 20th Street from Main Street to Reeveston Road, southbound.
4. 9th Street from South "N" Street to North "C" Street, northbound.
5. 8th Street from North "C" Street to South "N" Street, southbound.
6. South "A" Street from South 3rd Street to South 18th Street, eastbound.
7. South "B" Street from South 5th Street to South 16th Street, westbound.
8. South "C" Street from South 5th Street to South 16th Street, eastbound.
9. South loth Street from Park Place to South "C" Street, west side of
Park, southbound.
10. South loth Street from Park Place to South "C" Street, east side of
Park, northbound.
11. North "C" Street from North 3rd Street to North 5th Street, eastbound.
12. North "D" Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street, eastbound.
13. North "A" Street from North 3rd Street to North 16th Street, westbound.
14. North "B" Street from North 6th Street to North 16th Street, eastbound.
15. North "C" Street from North 7th Street to North 16th Street, westbound.
16. North 18th Street from Main Street to North "E" Street, southbound.
17. North 19th Street from Main Street to North "E" Street, northbound.
18. Sailor Street from North llth Street to North 7th Street, westbound.
19. South 6th Street from South "E" Street to South "H" Street, southbound.
20. 7th Street from South "E" Street to North "D" Street, northbound.
21. 6th Street from Fort Wayne Avenue to South "E" Street, southbound.
22. llth Street from North "E" Street to South "E" Street, northbound.
23. 10th Street from South "C" Street to South "E" Street, southbound.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
