ORDINANCE NO 2717-1972
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES
OF THE REDEVELOPMENT CON41SSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1973 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1973,INCLUSIVE, AND
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALLTAKE EFFECT .
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA,WAYNE COUNTY, that for the purpose of having funds to defray the
operating expenses of the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, for the fiscal year commencing January 1,1973 and ending December 31,
1973, inclusive, that there be and there is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the funds herein named and for the purpose herein specified,subject
to all laws governing the same, the amounts hereinafter named. Such sums herein
appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures, authorized to be made
during the period herein specified unless otherwise expressly stipulated and
provided by law.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out of
the Redevelopment Commission of the said City the following:

Total 31 ,215.00
SECTION 3. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1973 and ending
December 31,1973,inclusive, there is hereby appropriated out of the Re-
development District Bond Fund 1st.Issue, the sum of:
$140,175.00
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the Pres-
ident of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of the
City of Richmond, Indiana,pubiication as required by law and approval of all
Statutory Boards as required by the laws of the State of Indiana.
