1. Approval of minutes of December 9, 2015 meeting.
2. Acceptance of funding request from Cape Rep Theatre and possible vote to refer the
request to the Brewster Historical Commission for its review and recommendation.
3. Report of the Housing Sub-committee's meetings on the Harwich Ecumenical Council for
the Homeless' $118,000 funding request for a second year of the Housing Emergency Loan
Program and on Cape Cod Village's $100,000 funding request for 16 units of community
housing for adults with autism at a site in Orleans,
4. Vote to increase the funding amount on two of the mortgages in the Harwich Ecumenical
Council for the Homeless' Housing Emergency Loan Program.
5. Discussion and vote on a new application/mortgage in the Harwich Ecumenical Council for
the Homeless' Housing Emergency Loan Program.
6. Vote on an Open Space professional services request.
7. Review of the draft 2015 Community Preservation Committee annual report for the Town
Report.
8, Treasurer's report.
9. Update on the Brewster Baptist Church project.
10. Discussion on whether to request that Community Preservation Committee meetings be
regularly televised.
11. Topics that can be legally discussed that the chair could not have reasonably anticipated.
12. Next meeting: Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 4:30 p.m, at Brewster Town Hall.
