A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY DESIGNATING THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
AS ITS AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS FOR ACTIONS
UNDER THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby designates the County
of Los Angeles to receive service of process for any and all
actions brought against the City of Temple City under Article 2,
Chapter 5, Part 9, Division 1 of the California Revenue and
Taxation Code.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send a
certified copy of this resolution to the Los Angeles County
Clerk.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1982.
