CALLED MEETING April 17th 1924.
A Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault
was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M. for the pur-
pose of closing up the business of the Board for the Fiscal
year.
Upon roll call the following members were present,
.Burman, Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Newell and Anderson. Absent
Gafner.
Minutes of the preceeding meetin read and approved.
1r Hasbrouck as Chairman of the Finance Committee
reported that the Finance Committee had checked the books
of the Town Clerk and found them to be correct.
The following Ordinance No 83 was read.
ORDINANCE No. 83.
Be it ordained by the Board of =trustees of the Town of
Ault, County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Section one, That there be and is hereby appropriated
from the revenue of the Town of Ault,. County of Weld, State
of Colorado, for the fiscal year begins April 1st 124 A.D.,
and ending March 31st 1925 A.D. amounts as follows; From the
General Fund to be raised by taxation, licenses and misscell-
aneous collections;.
For the maintenance of street, alleys and sidewalks. J.,800.00
For the maintenance of the Fire Department. 1,000.00
For the maint 3nanc e of the Cemetery. 250.00
For salaries. 1,800.06
For the maintenance of Parks. 1, 600.00
Sinking Fund to retire Water. Works Extension Bonds. 2,000.00
General Fund.

There is hereby levied and appropriated a poll tax as
provided in Ordinance No 17 of Three Dollars ( 3.00) upon every
able-bodied male citizen between the ages of twenty-one (21)
years and fifty (50) years (except active members of the Ault
Volunteer Fire Department and an honorably discharged soldied,
sailor or marine.) to be collected as provided in said Ordinance.
Passed and adopted, signed and a 7,roved this seventeenth
day of April 1724 A.P.
