I. Vote to approve minutes of the February 17, 2016 CPC meeting.
2. Vote to approve minutes of the January 8, 2016 CPC Housing subcommittee meeting.
3. Discussion and vote on the $125,000 funding request from the Open Space Committee for
conservation restrictions on the proposed Boehm property at Sheep Pond Woodlands
Conservation Area.
4. Discussion and vote on $5,000 Brewster Historical Commission professional services
request for a historical resources survey.

5. Discussion and vote on the draft conditional funding award letters for the following:
a) Brewster Recreation Department- Babe Ruth Baseball Field Rehabilitation- $100,000
b) Cape Cod Village- 16 units of community housing for adults with autism and related
disorders in Orleans- $100,000
c) Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless (HECH)- emergency housing rehabilitation
loan program- $118,000
d) Cape Cod Repertory Theatre Company- rehabilitation of historic Crosby Barn- $225,000
6. Review of 2016 Special Town Meeting CPC warrant article
7. Discussion and vote on 2016 Annual Town Meeting CPC allocations, including
administrative, professional services, and debt service expenses
8. Treasurer's Report
