"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, FOR
THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 1995,
CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. 95 -149 OF THE CITY COUNCIL"
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday,
December 19, 1995; has been called by Resolution No. 95 -149,
adopted on September 19, 1995;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding the special
Municipal Election, there is established 8 voting precincts
consisting of the regular election precincts in the City of
Lynwood established for the holding of state and county
elections, as the regular election precincts exist on the date of
adoption of this resolution. That the polling places for the
respective precincts shall be the places designated.

SECTION 2. The rental for each polling place, where a
charge is made shall be the sum of twenty -five dollars for the ti
election. when required, the compensation of the Custodian of a
building shall be twelve dollars for the election.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of
original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1995.
