'As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town will be audio
and video taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or
audio tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair." We request that all cell

1. Motion to revote approval of March 23, 2016 CPC meeting minutes and vote to
approve amended March 23, 2016 CPC meeting minutes.
2. Vote to approve minutes of April 27, 2016 CPC meeting.
3. Review of outcome of CPC Town Meeting articles.
4. Discussion of status of award letters and grant agreements for 2016 Town
Meeting CPA awards.
5. Treasurer's report.
6. Discussion and vote on two open space professional services requests.
7. Updates on status of open projects.
8. Update on any potential Fall Town Meeting funding requests.
9. Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate.
10. Schedule next meeting. _
