"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town will be audio taping this public meeting. In
addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair." We
request that all cell phones be turned off or to vibrate.
1) Review and discussion of Town Counsel opinion on Harwich Ecumenical Council for the
Homeless' rehabilitation program. Possible votes on 2015 rehabilitation loan application;
extension of 2015 grant agreement term; and eligibility criteria for 2016 program.
2)Town Counsel update on Brewster Baptist and Cape Rep Crosby Barn awards.
3) Discussion and possible vote on changes to CPC funding application.
4) Discussion of expiring member terms.
5)Vote to approve minutes of May 25, 2016 meeting.
6) Items that the Chair could not reasonably anticipate.
7)Schedule next meeting.
