addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair." We

1) Review and discussion of meeting with Town Counsel and Town Administrator re: Town Counsel
opinion on Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless' rehabilitation program. Possible vote on
2015 rehabilitation loan application.
2) Town Counsel update on Brewster Baptist award and possible vote on amendment(s) to the CPC
award letter.
3) Town Counsel update on Cape Rep award conditions.
4) Town Counsel update on Cobb House historic preservation restriction.
5) Town Counsel update on 2016 grant agreements.
6) Vote to approve minutes of lune 8, 2016 meeting.
7) Items that the Chair could not reasonably anticipate.
8) Schedule next meeting.
